MR. MYSTIC was a bumbling magician from a long line of bumbling magicians. Try as he might he just couldn't pull off the simplest of tricks with any flair. At first people hired him as a novelty, then out of pity, and in the end they just stopped calling. Things got so bad that MR. MYSTIC began performing for free. He was so excited when he got the invitation to do a kids party - it had been a while. Who cares if they had spelled his name wrong!

KoKo was an orphan. It was her twelfth birthday and she was very excited that a magician would be doing tricks for her friends. Not that she had many...ok any. Things are tough when you are almost twelve in an orphanage. Most kids are adopted when they are young. But today everything would be different.

The Aliens knew there was only one human wise enough to use the power they would bestow upon him to save the human race from the evil they alone had fought for over a thousand years. Yes MR.
